Figure friendly Watermelon Lassi
makes 2 cups/ serves 2
This quick, easy, 5 ingredient lassi (if you count salt as one ingredient:) is a refreshing summer drink, not to mention figure friendly! Check out these simple ingredients-
- 3 cups seedless watermelon cut up
- 1 (5.3 oz) strawberry flavored Greek yogurt, such as Dannon light and fit, 80 calorie Greek yogurt
- 4 sprigs of fresh mint
- juice of 1/4 of a lime
- tiny pinch of sea salt or to taste
To make the lassi–
- In a blender, simply blend all the ingredients together for a few seconds. Pour over ice and serve!
