Cool, Refreshing and Figure Friendly Watermelon Lassi !

This quick, easy, 5 ingredient lassi (if you count salt as one ingredient:) is a refreshing summer drink, not to mention figure friendly!  Check out these simple ingredients-


The simple ingredients for delicious Watermelon Lassi!


  • 3 cups seedless watermelon cut up
  • 1 (5.3 oz) strawberry flavored Greek yogurt, such as Dannon light and fit,  80 calorie Greek yogurt
  • 4 sprigs of fresh mint
  • juice of 1/4 of a lime
  • tiny pinch of sea salt  or to taste

To make the lassi

  1. In a blender, simply blend all the ingredients together for a few seconds. Pour over ice and serve!
