Instruction time of 2.5 hours followed by Q&A and tasting for 30 minutes!
We will be discussing the famed Mughlai cuisine of India. During that era, some of these dishes were made for royalty. So needless to say they are lip smackingly yummy! But true to the INDFUSED philosophy, our food will be scrumptious, without the over indulgence.
We will make-
Murg Badami Korma Ground chicken with layers of flavor and a thick rich gravy made with almonds and an amalgamation of aromatics.
Fresh Layered Parathas– Learn to make fresh layered flatbreads that taste amazing right off the griddle! Bet you cannot stop at one! We will discuss variations of parathas.
Gajar ka Halwa– An easy recipe for a luscious carrot dessert, made iconic by Bollywood films!
