January 26th, India’s Republic Day is a national holiday that is celebrated with grandeur and pride all over India. India’s tri colors are seen all around on this special day.
Here are some fun and healthy recipes to make and enjoy with kids to celebrate the tricolors! My students at the Indian cultural school have enjoyed making and eating these. So they are kid approved!
Start the day with these nectarous Overnight Oats in Coconut Milk, and enjoy the Cool Crispy Cucumber Cups salad that kids of all ages will enjoy. The Tiranga Tea Sandwiches have been a favorite in my family year after year!
