Happy New Year from INDFUSED!

Dear friends,

Wishing you and your loved ones a very Happy and Delicious New Year! I hope that you had a fabulous holiday season!

We just got back from a vacation to Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia and India. I enjoyed taking cooking classes in both Vietnam and Thailand and it was exhilarating to learn some tips and new ideas for Indian cooking in India!

I look forward to cooking with you all in 2024. I have a couple of new ideas running through my mind-

  • A class beginning with a visit to the Indian grocery shop.
  • An Indian bread class with layered and stuffed parathas.

I would love to hear your thoughts. Also, do let me know about any other classes that you are interested in.

Coming up, I have some private classes and some of the classes offered through Bedford Recreation.

Details are in the Bedford brochure- https://www.bedfordma.gov/231/Recreation
