Zoom Cook Along January 18th!

Join us for a virtual cook-along as we whip up a mouthwatering Goan feast with a weeknight recipe for your favorite Chicken Vindaloo!

Cook with us in this interactive Zoom Cook Along class next Thursday, January 18th, 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and your dinner is sorted for the evening!  

We can stay on for discussions/any questions you may have until 8 p.m. You may cook with us or watch and recreate the meal later.

This is what we will be making- 

  • Chicken Vindaloo- A popular restaurant favorite, tangy, spicy and flavorful dish that originates from the sunny coastal state of Goa in India. We will make an easy weeknight version using a spice paste. Additionally, I will also include a recipe for a vindaloo spice paste you can make at home. 
  • Goan Polle- Luscious, melt in your mouth, rice flour pancakes that pair perfectly with the Chicken Vindaloo. 
  • Goan Rava Fry Shrimp- Shrimp marinated with aromatics and spices, coated with a flour mix and shallow fried. It is crispy and delicious! 
  • Kosambari- Salad to go with the meal
