Join Our Interactive Indian Cooking Class This May!

Welcome spring with an interactive cooking class featuring light, flavorful Indian dishes that are quick and easy to prepare. We will make Pohey, pressed rice made with perfectly balancesd spices and aromatics, Seviya Upma, an Indian style vermicelli dish finished with a delicious tempering, peanut meal and lemon juice. Plus, we will make the ever-popular nectarous Mango Lassi!

The focus is on practical, everyday Indian home-style cooking and mini meal ideas, that are perfect for warmer weather.

Classes- Thursday evenings May 7th and 21st in Lexington, MA 6 :00 to 8:30 p.m.
