New Year’s Party Menu for a memorable party! Appetizers-Baked Vada Paav Poppers, Broiled Stuffed Indo Mexican Jalapenos, Masala Peanut Bhujia in 4 ½ minutes! Main Course-Chicken Vindaloo Tacos, Grilled Naan Pizza with Chutney and Corn, Eggceptional Egg Pullav. Dessert- Lychee Kulfi Ice cream, Paan Truffles with Gulkand Centers and Mango Kulfi !

Dear friends,

Where did the year go? Before we know it, it will be 2017 in two days! And did you say the party is tomorrow night? Aaaargh!

As I gather my wits around me, I have come up with a quick and easy, scrumptious menu that is sure to impress!
