It is that time of the year when we enjoy summer’s bountiful vegetables and fruit. Farmer’s markets, CSAs and the grocery stores are all flooded with fresh produce that is so irresistible!
During summer we all look to enjoy this bounty in quick and easy recipes. So, when Cary library invited me to do a virtual cooking program, I thought of sharing Indian recipes that are easy, healthy and delicious.
We made Cabbage Subji, Cucumber Raita, Mango Lassi and a Ginger Peach Lassi.

I was overwhelmed by the response. 87 + people signed up from near and far! I hope that it was a fun and learning experience for them.
It sure was a fun and rewarding experience for me to share my passion for cooking!
Have a great weekend all!
Love,
❤
