Dear friends,
It is a busy football party season in our neck of the woods. I thought of making this popular, crowd pleasing Corn Bhel Salad for the party. You can use frozen corn, roasted or corn on the cob, roasted on the gas stove or under the broiler in the oven.
Hope you enjoy this corn bhel salad too!

Looks so yummy and delicious. The arrangement is chanceless. Lovely presentation.
Thank you so much Sowmia!
Thank you so much Sowmia. Btw, I liked your Ragi roti but could not comment on the post for some reason.
Wonderful colors! Now I’m dying for mango and roast corn!
Thank you so much. I am crazy about mangoes and roasted corn too!
What a pretty salad! I love the flavor combination, and the color contrast!
Thank you so much Lindsey!
Corn chat is my favorite snack and the bhel mixed salad version look super healthy n delicious!
Thanks Molly! You are a doll!
I’ll bet your backyard does not look like that right now Sandhya :). Love the shots you take outdoors, that corn bhel salad screams “eat me” when I look at it. I can imagine the crunch with all those yummy veggies in there. We’re expecting a blizzard this weekend, our first snow of the season, so I’m ready. Lots of good Indian food and wine 🙂
It is a major blizzard, right? Take care. We may or may not get the tail end of that storm they say.
Good to have Indian food and wine ready!
Its one of my favorite street foods; hot, spicy, tangy and lip-smacking
Thanks Rahul!
Is this for real? Beautiful!!
Thank you so much! Yes it is very real:)
