I cannot believe Indfused will be two next week!
I am so glad that so many of you felt encouraged to try the Mahim and Bombay Halwas after reading these easy recipes and for letting me know how much you loved them.

Could you pleasr share how to make puri, as in from halwa-puri.
Thanks so much Sahar. For the puri, I use whole wheat dough- to each cup of whole wheat dough, I add a tablespoon of yogurt, a pinch of sugar, salt to taste and a teaspoon of oil and knead the dough with water. The dough is a little stiffer than the roti dough. Knead and keep it aside for half an hour or so, then make the puris.
