Join us for an Indian Vegetarian cooking class, that is interactive and fun, with step by step instructions from sourcing to cooking along.

Vegetarian, wholesome spring menu with gluten free and vegan options. This is also a make-ahead meal for your family and friends. We will make-

  • Vegetables and Spring Onion Cheela (Savory, pancake-like breads) with fresh vegetables and spring onions.
  • Green Chutney- A freshly made vibrant chutney dip that complements the Cheela.
  • Tomato Rice with Cashew nuts- A popular and flavorful Indian rice dish made with tomatoes and spices.

Your scrumptious and healthy dinner will be ready at the end of class! List of ingredients will be mailed one week before class.

Feel free to e-mail me @indfused@gmail.com if you have any questions. Happy Spring!

Love ,

Sandhya
