Today is Diwali Paadwa! The fourth day of the five day Diwali celebration!
In Maharashtra, where I grew up, this is also a special day celebrating the bond between married couples. (Read the wife gets gifts 🙂
Houses are decorated with flower and mango leaf garlands called toran and Shrikhand puri is traditionally made for the family meal.
